Everyone opines over compliance and security, arguing back and forth about the forest and the trees, but we need to look the Wood Wide Web to build the culture zero trust and persistent threat models need to thrive. For the root system, culture, extends 20 times the size of the largest canopies. In healthy natural forests a network of fungus exists underground signaling of attacks while another fungus surrounds trying to get in any crevice to dig into the system and quickly eat away growth.

Level One or Level Three. Forest or trees? Nothing matters without the basics.
